Valley Center Middle School Respect Campaign

Valley Center Middle School and Briar Van Slyke along with buddies and athletes joined together to begin a message of Respect for Everyone on campus with Special Olympics. Reminding students and staff that words can hurt and segregate the campus. Learning words like inclusion, respect, community and strength are what we all need to feel a part of something great! Students and staff all signed the banner to commit to respecting everyone, each student and staff member that participated received a bracelet and sticker. We look forward to continuing the event in 2018.
